[WHAT YOU’LL DO]
📍You will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office as part of Build by McKinsey which brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses.
📍As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.
📍You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

[WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH]
In this role, you will participate in a Code Academy training program for 6 months to further enhance your technical skills and practical application. The full-time role intake will start in August 2022, and during the program, you will be involved in a wide range of social activities to get to know your office and the firm. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to achieve hands-on experience to help our clients build products and solutions.
📍You will work with our world-class engineering and program teams to build products and solutions.
📍You will learn to develop and maintain advanced features, tools, and applications according to the best engineering practices, from front-end to back-end development, and hybrid mobile application
development. You will test and debug our ever-evolving product line to improve its speed, scalability, and usability across multiple browsers, devices, and web standards. You will stay on top of the latest JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and tools in order to apply them when necessary to solve challenges related to web and mobile development.
📍You will help deliver software products with high levels of value, usability, quality, and predictability to solve our clients’ most complex problems. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in fullstack application development. In addition to building your hands-on coding experience, you will be fully engaged in the other parts of our client service, expanding your business and interpersonal skills as well. You will be expected to fully immerse yourself with a team of developers, designers, agile coaches, data scientists, and generalist consultants to transform our client’s technical processes, infrastructure, and end-user applications.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
• University student in a STEM-related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, etc.); recent graduates or expected graduation date between Jun to Dec 2022
• Master’s student completing the first year in a non-business, less than 2 years of work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written)
